1.Red LED Always On (Power On, No Load)

When the charger is powered on but not connected to a battery or the battery is fully charged, the red LED remains illuminated.

2.Red LED Flashing (Charging)

3.Green LED Always On (Fully Charged)

The charger features an OV Chargeable Function, which helps activate "dead batteries" that have been protected by the Battery Management System (BMS). This function allows the charger to revive batteries that appear to be completely discharged.

FAST & EFFICIENT 3-STAGE CHARGING FOR LiFePO4 BATTERY

The charging process for the LiFePO4 battery is divided into three efficient stages to ensure fast and safe charging:

T1 - Pre-Charge Stage

This stage charges the battery at a limited current if the voltage is too low to activate it. It prepares the battery for further charging.

2.T2 - Constant Current Stage

In this stage, the battery is charged with a consistent current of 20A. This ensures the battery is charged efficiently and quickly up to a certain voltage.

T3 - Constant Voltage Stage

Once the battery reaches a specific voltage, the charging current begins to reduce, and the charging is completed. This final stage ensures the battery is fully charged without overcharging.

Step 1: Connect the Battery

Begin by connecting the DC output cables to the battery. Ensure the positive (+) cable is connected to the positive terminal, and the negative (–) cable is connected to the negative terminal of the battery.

Step 2: Connect the Anderson 50A Connector

Next, attach the Anderson 50A connector, and then connect the AC input cable to the grid power. The charger will begin charging the battery, and you’ll see the charging indicator flash red or green to show the status.

Step 3: Disconnect After Charging

Once charging is complete, disconnect the waterproof connector or the grid power, as indicated by the full charging status.
